No back issues, but my legs are feeling pretty smoked.
I have to give it up to everyone who muscled through @ 225lbs! I started with 225lbs. and quickly realized there was no way I could of made it the entire 10 minutes at that weight.
I went down to 135lbs., but now I wish I would of gone with 175lbs-ish. NEXT TIME!@
Yeah, props to any woman that goes 165lbs the entire time…one day.
