This Saturday we are headed out to CrossFit Engage to participate in the 31 Heroes fundraiser. Our box will be closed.
This WOD is “100% scaleable”. You will need a partner. It is $31 to register and to get a shirt. Proceeds go to the families of the 31 heroes that died in a helicopter crash in Afghanistan. They were 17 Navy SEALs, two Navy EOD Technicians, three Naval Special Warfare Combat Support Sailors, two Army Aviators, three Army Aircrewmen, three Air Force Special Tactics Operators, and one Military Working Dog.
