Paleo Challenge

Time to clean up our diets this new year!  The paleo challenge officially begins on Saturday, January 7th, with weigh ins and measurements.  We will then complete three base line workouts.  If you can’t make it this Saturday, you will have an opportunity to complete the workouts and measurements the first week at the box.  We don’t want you to have any excuses not to do this challenge.

For 6 weeks we will be eating like a cavemen; meats, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds…etc.

We understand that some of you fear the kitchen and only know how to operate the microwave.  You think the food is too expensive or bland tasting.  We are holding a “Caveman Kitchen” at The Jackson’s house on Sunday, January 15th.  Cook simple dishes and answer any questions that arise during the first week of the challenge.

On Saturday, February 25th, the challenge ends when we recalculate our measurements and perform the baseline workouts again.  We will celebrate with a “Grill Out” at the box.  Bring your meat!

$30 entry fee with awards for the top male and female.
