Profession: Hewlett Packard – Director of Network Transport Operations for the Department of the Navy
Bio: Born and raised in Pittsburgh PA (yes I am a huge Steeler/Penguin all things Pittsburgh fan)! I have been married to my lovely wife Kym for a year and have three daughters Kaylee – 13, Kristin – 10 and Mackylie – 6! Growing up I was a competitive gymnast, hockey player and spent some years playing football and baseball. I spent 8 years as a heavy machine-gunner in the US Marine Corps where I earned my degree from Campbell University. I was introduced to CrossFit by Christmas Abbot from Crossfit Invoke in Raleigh NC about a year ago. I went through fundamentals and then moved to Katy and ran across NHB. I first came to NHB a couple of times in June but then got sidetracked until November 2011. I ran into a injury problem which put me out of commission until January 2012. Like most I made a New Years resolution to get healthier and the Paleo Challenge came the perfect time to help kick start my journey. I completely dedicated myself and have been Paleo since January 1 and feel better than ever. I love Crossfit and I look forward to the challenge each and every day.
