Warm Up

  • 50 Burpees
  • 50 Squats

WOD

Six 3 minute rounds with 1 minute rest between each round:

  • Rounds 1, 3, 5: 5 Ring Dips, 5 Pull Ups
  • Rounds 2, 4, 6: 5 Box Jumps, 5 KB Swings
