- Come learn how to take your training to the next level. Strengthen and stretch your entire body in an all levels yoga flow.
- Designed with the athlete in mind. This class will help improve your flexibility and mobility, allowing you to train like a beast for the rest of your life.
- Come with an open mind carrying a yoga mat and leave with a little less stress and lactic acid.
