Warm-Up

  • 200ft Lunges
  • 25 Jumping Squats
  • 25 Push Ups

Strength & Skill

  • Max Vertical Jump

WOD

5 rounds for time of:

  • 100 feet Bear Crawl
  • 100 feet Standing Broad-Jump

Do three burpees after every five broad-jumps. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
