CrossFit can be a little overwhelming in the beginning.  All this new terminology like kipping, sumo deadlift high pull, the clean, etc.  Whether you are just getting started or are well into your third year, we all need reminders on the proper form and execution of each exercise.  The links below will direct you to a video demonstration of the exercise.
