WooHoo! Got my HSPU’s (kipping and strict) and even a one-hand hand stand. OK…push myself here –
1. 1 muscle-up
2. Sprint work at least once a week
3. Schedule to run a 5k
Off to check the web for any upcoming 5k’s…
First DNF in a long time last week. Would like another chance to beat that WOD.
1. W/ Pam on the 1 muscle-up
2. 140 Strict Press
3. 10 mile run
I was hoping to be the first girl to master the muscle up but now that I am 25lbs heavier with more weight to come I think Pam, Carmen, or Korie may beat me to it.
1. still be able to do a kipping pull up into the third trimester
Ness, if we can get you doing a muscle up now, or atleast coming close, then after little James Jackson arrives you’ll be able to do them EASY!!!
