1. Sub 7 Fran Time. Yes, I will get you this month Fran.
2. 1 Muscle Up
3. 225 Back Squat
Humbled by Fran again…. Not going to worry about that sub 7. It WILL happen eventually. Going to replace the 1. with a 195 lb front squat.
I felt your pain when I way your Fran time. You get it man.
Got 3 muscle ups today. I’m stoked!
Considering I didn’t accomplish last months I should really keep working on those. I will also get that muscle up closer to a reality.
- Last month goal complete = 3 kipping pull ups in a row
- This month goal = 1) no band pull ups in a wod
2) comprehend and carry out correct form for burpees (I ended up w/ a knee in my shoulder yesterday trying follow Carlos’s way of jumping to the ground – he just made it look so easy) 3) use 40lbs kb in a wod
Oh yes… 4) but should be 1)… get serious about my eating = Paleo-Zone thing starts today. I’m sick of over-eating and being bloated all the time. I know, way TMI but for realssss, it’s on.
- 3 kipping pullups in a row = complete
- correct burpees (in wod) = complete
- zone diet = breakfast, lunch, & snacks complete (dinner portions get me)
1. Sub 6 min mile
2. 190 lb clean and jerk
3. more pull ups, stronger and faster
Continue workign on the goals I didn’t meet last month!
* 180 deadlift
* run at least a 5k a week
* since I met the no band in a workout I want to be able to do two unbroken pullups without a band.
