  1. Finally met and passed my Nov. dead lift goal. Let’s go for 205 lbs.

    2. 350 Deadlift
    3. 1, just 1 muscle up

  4. 1 down 2 to go….

  5. 20k row…okay not really
    Sub 19min 5k row time
    25 unbroken push-ups
    375 Deadlift for the 3rd month in a row

  6. I got nothing exciting…

    1. Deadlift 230
    2. Run 4 miles (preferably in less than 38 minutes)
    3. Clean & jerk 120

    We’ll see…just typing these out makes my nervous.

    • Hey Pam… You and Shawn should have a deadlift comp as she is catching up to you (if not already surpassed you)!!!

      Who are the rest of the top deadlifters of NHB???? (Def not me dude!!!!)

        Ericka has us all beat (I think 245, 250??) the rest of us can play. LOL

    2. Deadlift 180
    3. Run more now that it is warm
