  1. 1. 3 to 5 unbroken muscle-ups.
    2. 1 mile run under 6:00 minutes
    3. 750lbs. CF Total

  2. 1. Clean and Jerk: 225 lbs.
    2. Deadlift: 375 lbs.
    3. Eat more gooder.

  3. 1. 50 unbroken double unders
    2. 50 unbroken pushups
    3. Run a total of 365 miles before Jan.1, 2012
    4. Deadlift 400 lbs.

  4. Weigh In @ 240 lbs
    Deadlift 375
    5 Unbroken Pull ups (No Band)

  5. 1. decrease band size for pullups
    2. run a 7 minute mile
    3. quit drinking cokes!
