“Ok Charles, I know I need to push myself harder, and be more consistent.” I will continue with my same November goal of a 190lbs. deadlift.
1. Sub 7 minute Fran
2. Sub 6 minute Annie
3. Full depth with Handstand push ups

1 muscle-up
1) Deadlift = 130 (currently at 115)
2) Double Unders = 5 consecutive
3) Kipping Pullups = 2
4) Deloaded Pushups = 5
Go figure – the day I post 1st time goals is the day I catch a cold that’s lasting for a week. I fully blame genetics.
I blame a lifetime of inactivity. You are well on your way to reaching these goals. I mean look at the mystifying appearance of those meaty biceps on your arm.
1. Rehab the shoulder
2. 25 consecutive double unders
3. 8 minute mile
1. Shoulder is going well…I think since I can’t feel the rest of my arms right now.
2. Hit 25 then hit 30 DU’s right after – W00T!
3. Ran 8:04 this morning which is 20 seconds faster then my previous PR.
1. Beat Charles by one second in any WOD(preferrly something with dealifts, lol).
2. 3 to 5 consecutive muscle-ups
3. 350lbs 1 max rep deadlift
Got one of last month’s goals completely on Thursday… push press 185lbs!
And today I PR’ed on my Deadlift at 355lbs!!!

I bounce between 155lbs and 160lbs.
