The box is closed on Saturday.  A bunch of us are headed out to Bayou City CrossFit to participate in the fundraiser wod benefiting Texas Children’s Hospital.  Come out and watch.  The event starts at 8:00am and our first heat starts at 9:40am, parking is scarce.

Directions: .5 Miles off of 610. From 610 North exit Ella North, take the 3rd left on Golf, the road curves to the left then right, go over the railroad track, 2nd building on the right.

HQ is located in a 10,000 ft2 facility and offers pull up bars, kettle bells, olympic bars, dumb bells, olympic racks, Concept 2 rowers, ab mats, and much more.
